New in 2006, the 280-room, 27-story Hesperia Tower boasts an on-premise laundry capable of processing eight tons of linens daily. Designed and equipped by Girbau, the laundry is highly automated with washing, drying and ironing zones. Only 40 percent of the laundry processed by the laundry requires drying. The remaining 60 percent is transferred directly into the ironing zone without passing through the drying area—saving natural gas and improving laundry production!
