Girbau Industrial Stackers
Girbau Industrial offers a variety of stacking equipment to fit your operation's individual needs. Each Stacker, backed by a limited two-year manufacturer's warranty, is simple to use and works seamlessly with Girbau FL-Series Industrial Folders.
Girbau Industrial Folders are designed to work in concert with the Stackers listed below. FL-Series Folders with model numbers ending in 2P require the ROT, ROT 2, or no stacker. Model numbers ending in 3P require the VOL, VOL 2, AP-LITE or no stacker.
ROT Stacker
A highly versatile and economic rotary stacker, the ROT performs the final cross-fold when working in concert with a compact folder. An exclusive clamp design ensures exceptionally finished stacks. The ROT works by making the third cross-fold, stacking the items in a predetermined quantity, and delivering the stacks using a conveyor. Once the predetermined number of pieces is obtained, the conveyor moves forward. When connected to a Folder, the ROT is programmed via the Folder Control. The ROT stacker keeps pace with its corresponding Folder – processing the same number of items per hour, and generally stacks of 10. The ROT offers superior safety features, including side covers, transparent guards and an emergency stop.
ROT-2
This double-rotary stacker is identical to the ROT Stacker except it offers double stacking that automatically selects articles according to size.
VOL
The VOL drop stacker features an effective flap system and an upper belt for exceptional stacking quality. The VOL, which can be adapted to work in concert with a compact folder, stacks items according to the initially selected quantity, and then discharges the stacks onto a delivery conveyor. The VOL offers optimal protection for operators thanks to side covers, transparent guards and an emergency stop. The VOL keeps pace with its corresponding Folder – processing the same number of items per hour.
VOL-2
A double-flap drop stacker, the VOL-2 offers the same features as the VOL, but delivers double stacking and automatic article selection according to size.
AP-LITE
The AP-LITE drop stacker features an effective flap system and an upper belt for exceptional stacking quality. The AP-LITE, which is specifically designed to work with the FL-LITE Folder, stacks items according to the initially selected quantity and number of items per stack. It then discharges the stacks onto a delivery conveyor. Once connected to the Folder, the AP-LITE is programmed via the Folder Control. The AP-LITE stacker keeps pace with the FL-LITE Folder and can process up to 100 stacks of 10 per hour (1,000 items). The AP-LITE offers optimal protection for operators thanks to side covers, transparent guards and an emergency stop.
