DRF-LITE Multi-Station Spreader Feeder
Designed for high-volume feeding of standard-sized linens, the DRF-LITE spreader feeder is the same size as the DRF spreader feeder, but offers fewer options. Capable of feeding 650 pieces per hour from one lane, the DRF-Lite offers two or three operator stations. The DRF-Lite, which is easy to operate, is also simple to maintain.

Productivity
Featuring two or three feeding stations, which are a fixed standard height, the DRF-LITE can feed 650 pieces per hour into any ironer on the market. The machine, which easily feeds large and medium items, also accommodates small-piece ironing. The feeder's discharge conveyor can be raised, leaving 27.5 inches of free space between the feeder and the flatwork ironer. This enables manual feeding of small-piece linen directly into the ironer.
Quality & Precision
The DRF-LITE's transferring clamps transfer articles to the server, where two clamps, activated by two independent servomotors, spread and tighten items quickly and efficiently. A suction bar then lifts items and transfers them to the feeder's suction belt. Anti-crease belts spread the items while they are fed into the ironer. The result is high production, quality feeding of large dimension goods.
Graphic Control
A straightforward graphic control makes it simple to configure and program the DRF-LITE. The control's graphic menu is arranged according to function and allows users to properly and easily program the feeding of laundry items.
Easy Installation and Safety Features
The DRF-LITE is designed to operate without need for a pit for laundry items less than 94 inches (2.4m), which eliminates costly installation expenses and improves safety. The DRF-Lite features a safety gate at the base of the machine to keep operators out of the unsafe feeding areas of the machine.

DRF-LITE Options & Accessories
- Extended Discharge Conveyor: For more operator space when ironing small-piece items, the feeder can be configured with an extra long discharge conveyor. The conveyor increases the distance between the feeder and the ironer from the standard 27.5 inches to 59 inches. The additional space accommodates manual feeding of small goods directly onto the ironer feed belts.
